Today’s events included some stimulating power point presentations (not) and a tour of the Pentagon. So far, I have taken away a truck full of knowledge about the programs available to soldiers and their families. I have seen enough power point presentations to last a lifetime!

The trip to The Pentagon was alright… I enjoyed learning about the history and seeing the 9/11 Memorial.

I am officially sick of FRG leaders, lol! For my non army friends, FRG leaders are in charge of organizing and putting out information for the Army family. We are all the same- loud, outgoing, bossy, sarcastic, overachieving, and jigh strung. I have come across few leaders that AREN’T like that!

So, now I’m sitting in the lounge enjoying some peace and quiet.
