May/June 2010 Design Challenge: Finding Inspiration in the Garage
Ever think of a garage as being a source of inspiration? We’d like you to blow the garage door wide open with this feature as you think about what you could create with actual items from the garage and/or items that live in the garage that inspire you. And don’t be fooled into thinking that garages are merely the man’s domain. There are plenty of pretties for Mom in there as well. Whether you design with actual screws, tools, nuts, and bolts; or you design with images of cars, bicycles, motorcycles, baskets, and wreaths, we think you’ll find that the garage houses all kinds of inspiration! Please focus your projects on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduation, and all other occasions including thank you, birthday, friendship, congrats, etc. SUBMISSIONS DUE BY NOVEMBER 9th at midnight MDT.
